CONGRATULATIONS!

Due to the massive paperwork drive we have all been working on you are now cleared to return to the water, with the following exceptions:
Ryan - PHYSICAL / NCAA Compliance Print
Sean - PHYSICAL / NCAA Compliance Print
Nick - Insurace Card Print / NCAA Compliance Print

Tiernan will coninue to ellipse/bike and stretch at the DAC tonight and tommorrow night, I don't want you out in the cold. I will check on your progress Saturday morning.

The three listed above will do 40 minutes of something on their own at the DAC tonight unless they post that they have their paperwork and have turned it into the crew office. If no one is there go to the main athletic department office and ask to drop it in the crew mail box.

Meet at the DAC at 5 and run to the boathouse for a warmup, dress warm! Bring extra clothes. Remember you do not get sick working out in the cold, you get sick when you stay in the cold with wet and cold clothes on afterwards.

The schedule:

Download these images and open them in your image editor, and print them out, they should be 8.5x11"

FOR THE LADIES, if you can make practice on the water with the varsity women at 3:30 (at the boathouse at 3:30) you should be there. If you have class show up with us at normal time with us. Coach Lou wants to start phasing you into his practices, so try and show up and be sure to introduce yourself.
